Due to the custom nature of our work we cannot accept returns and process refunds. However, we are only happy with complete customer satisfaction so before me make any cuts we will verify all details to ensure you get a perfect product. If you are unhappy with your finished product in anyway send it back and we will rework it or make you a new one at our discretion (customer will be responsible for return shipping).
